- Stage 01DiscoveryWe review your brief, tech pack, or reference samples and confirm feasibility, MOQ, fabric, and target price.
- Stage 02Pattern & SamplingOur in-house pattern team drafts and grades. Fit sample in 10–14 days, followed by PP sample for approval.
- Stage 03Fabric & TrimsFabric is knitted or sourced to your GSM. Trims, labels, and packaging are procured against your artwork.
- Stage 04CuttingAutomated spreading and cutting to minimise waste. Bundles matched by size, color, and lot.
- Stage 05Print & EmbroideryScreen, DTF, sublimation, and embroidery are done in-house before assembly.
- Stage 06SewingLine-based sewing with dedicated supervisors. Standard SPI, seam tolerances, and finishes.
- Stage 07Quality ControlInline QC plus final AQL inspection. Measurements, workmanship, appearance, and function.
- Stage 08FinishingThread cleaning, ironing, folding, and polybagging to your standard.
- Stage 09Packing & ExportCartons packed per your ratio. Export documents, commercial invoice, and packing list prepared.
